Description: 
CREBZF strongly activates transcription when bound to HCFC1. CREBZF suppresses the expression of HSV proteins in cells infected with the virus in a HCFC1-dependent manner. It also suppresses the HCFC1-dependent transcriptional activation by CREB3 and reduces the amount of CREB3 in the cell. It is able to down-regulate expression of some cellular genes in CREBZF-expressing cells.

Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human CREBZF with an internal ID of P07311  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
