Description:
Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors. The proteins have an N-terminal transactivation domain, a central DNA-binding domain with 2 zinc fingers, and a ligand-binding domain at the C terminus. The activated receptor/ligand complex is translocated to the nucleus where it binds to hormone response elements of target genes.Members of the nuclear hormone receptor family, such as NR2C2, act as ligand-activated transcription factors. Antigen Specificity:
Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human NR2C2 with an internal ID of s20504
|
Reconstitution and Storage:
Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

Quality Control:
Rabbit IgG purified by protein A chromatography.

| Suggested starting concentrations are provided.
Optimal dilutions should be determined by end-user. Differences in calculated versus apparent
molecular weight may be due to post-translational modifications or protein hydrophobicity. For
research use only not for diagnostic, human, or veterinary use. |
|
Western Blot
Suggested dilution at 2.5µg/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as second antibody.
