Western Blot
Full-length human p53 wild-type (NP_000537) was expressed in E.coli as inclusion body and purified as active tetramer after protein refolding for mouse immunization. Clone 4B1 shows excellent western blot detection of endogenous p53 using Daudi cell lysate.
