Antigen Specificity:
Mouse monoclonal antibody produced in mouse immunized with E.coli derived full-length human calnuc protein.
Reconstitution and Storage:
Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Key Reference:

Quality Control:
Mouse IgG purified by protein A chromatography.
Suggested starting concentrations are provided. Optimal dilutions should be determined by end-user. Differences in calculated versus apparent molecular weight may be due to post-translational modifications or protein hydrophobicity. For research use only not for diagnostic, human, or veterinary use.
Western Blot
Full-length Calnuc (NP_006175) was expressed in E.coli and purified using His Tag for mouse immunization. Clone 4H9 shows excellent western blot detection of endogenous calnuc using human fetal liver tissue lysate.
