Description: 
Endoglin is a homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed by endothelial cells. It is a component of the transforming growth factor beta receptor complex as it binds TGFB1 and TGFB3 with high affinity. Mutations in the endoglin gene produce hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia.

Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human ENG with an internal ID of P04102  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 µl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
