Description: 
ARID3B is a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of DNA-binding proteins. The protein is homologous with two proteins that bind to the retinoblastoma gene product, and also with the mouse Bright and Drosophila dead ringer proteins. Members of the ARID family have roles in embryonic patterning, cell lineage gene regulation, cell cycle control, transcriptional regulation and possibly in chromatin structure modification. This gene is a member of the ARID (AT-rich interaction domain) family of proteins which bind DNA. A pseudogene on chromosome 1p31 also exists for this gene. Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human ARID3B with an internal ID of P05625  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 µl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
