Description: 
The AATF gene encodes a protein that was identified on the basis of its interaction with MAP3K12/DLK, a protein kinase known to be involved in the induction of cell apoptosis. This gene product contains a leucine zipper, which is a characteristic motif of transcription factors, and was shown to exhibit strong transactivation activity when fused to Gal4 DNA binding domain. Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human AATF with an internal ID of Y00767  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 µl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.  Key Reference:  Lehner,B.
