Description: 
ERRs, which are coexpressed with ERs in prostatic cells, could regulate cell growth and modulate ER-mediated pathways via interference on ERalpha transcription in prostatic cells. Not only PNRC2 but also the corepressor TLE1 functioned as ERRgamma coactivator in a reporter gene analysis. Transcriptional activation by ERR3 can be ligand-independent.

Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human ESRRG with an internal ID of P02442  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 µl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
