Trans-acting T-cell specific transcription factor GATA-3 is a member of GATA family of transcription factors that regulates development of multiple tissues. It is an important transcription factor in regulating human Th2 cell differentiation in vivo.

Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human GATA3 with an internal ID of P03551.  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 ul of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
