Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-ALPPL2 antibody - OAGA01072 |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Isotype | IgG |
Host | Rabbit |
Application | ICC, IF, IHC-FFPE, WB |
Additional Information | Background: There are at least four distinct but related alkaline phosphatases: intestinal, placental, placental-like, and liver/bone/kidney (tissue non-specific). The product of this gene is a membrane bound glycosylated enzyme, localized to testis, thymus and certain germ cell tumors, that is closely related to both the placental and intestinal forms of alkaline phosphatase. [provided by RefSeq] |
:: | Positive Controls: A549 |
:: | Cellular Localization: Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor, GPI-anchor |
Reconstitution and Storage | Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. |
Immunogen | Recombinant protein fragment contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 46 and 344 (P10696) of ALPPL2 |
Purification | Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. |
Concentration | 1 mg/ml |
Application Info | Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000 [suggested antigen retrieval using heat mediated 10mM Citrate buffer (pH6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH8.0)], ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user. |
Storage Buffer | 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 20% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. |
